Insurance for Physiotherapy
If you have a chronic illness, you will get reimbursed by the Dutch “basisverzekering” (=basic insurance), except for the first 20 sessions of physiotherapy. You will either pay for these yourself or you will need the additional insurance for this.
Active Fysio works according the “restitutiesysteem” (=restitution). This means that you will pay directly to Active Fysio. You will receive an invoice from Active Fysio which you can declare to your insurance company.
Check your policy or ask your insurance company how much you can declare.
